The Indiana Bond Bank (IBB) assists local communities and public entities with financing physical assets. But what about those community needs that can’t be solved with a road or a building. IBB came up with a creative solution to creative challenges: the Flipping Finance Challenge a ‘hack-a-thon’ that brings creative problem-solvers from various disciplines together with Indiana communities to create unique and sometimes ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions to community challenges.
