MADEA IS BACK!

After promising to never play the character again, Tyler Perry returns as the gun-toting, truth telling grandma in this recent Netflix release. Brayan Mendoza has seen all the Madea movies, and feels this is a return to form of sorts for the character. As old characters like Mr. Brown, and Cora make their return to the franchise. Yet it begs the question: Does A Madea Homecoming still feature some of the series' problems in storytelling?
