Flo is a respected visionary, author, speaker, & healer. For 47 years Flo has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs as a counselor and teacher. She leads retreats and sacred journeys, teaching healing modalities that catalyze personal transformation.

Flo has created four major healing systems: Soul RecognitionSM, an ancient shamanic journey aligning the soul’s purpose and patterning consciously into the body and life; Circuitry AlignmentSM, unifying the original blueprint within the cells and systems of the body; HeartThreadSM, connecting unconscious patterning held in the body with cognitive understanding, resolving long-standing challenges in health and wellbeing; and The Accelerated Thinking ProcessSM, mapping the left and right brain to reveal where and how we get “stuck” and “free” in our lives through balancing our brain, an effective tool for those with learning challenges, ADD, phobias, and trauma.

iRemember — a feature-length film based on I Remember Union, is now in pre-production. The film reveals a mythic design linking past and present - reincarnation, memory, and divine purpose guiding humanity toward renewal. It is a global story of truth, power, and awakening. At its heart are deeply human struggles: faith versus family, forbidden love, trauma, and the possibility of redemption.

Ultimately, it's a story of the Divine Feminine rising to restore balance, heal collective wounds, and remind us that divinity lives within us all.

Background

Flo co-founded a non-profit called Soul Support Systems in 1994. Through programs Flo has developed, she trains Practitioners and Facilitators in her work internationally. She has a background as a psychiatric and medical nurse. She studied Complimentary Medicine and taught classes in Stress Management for the American Heart Association, and Smoke-Cessation Clinics for the American Lung Association. 

Flo is married and has two children and seven grandchildren. She resides in Vermont.
