Floating Action Steps: Guided Imagery Meditation

This is a meditation and a writing exercise, so have writing materials nearby. In this guided imagery exercise, you will call into your mind a desire you have in your life, and “float” possible action steps toward making this desire a reality. You will then be guided to choose one that has the most flow and ease of energy, and that can be easily integrated into your life. You may be amazed at how helpful this is!
Guided imagery is a powerful way to work with the subconscious mind and with any blocks to your healing and ideal future that might be present. Through the guidance of a facilitator's voice, you are led into the depths of the subconscious.
This exercise is adapted from one in the book Guided Imagery for Self-Healing by Dr. Martin Rossman.
