In this episode, we examine the work task of flooring, specifically vinyl plank flooring in your house.  In doing this work task, it is like a puzzle that you figure out as you flow from room to room.  In the martial art practice, we talk about the different techniques that you use when ground fighting including using prone kicks, like the different types of spider kicks to get someone to back up.  Then use knee stance to punch your way up to your feet again.
