The June series “Men & Money” is continuing with guest Shawn Hames, CEO of iDeal Floors. After graduating from high school, Shawn decided to take his future in his hands by working his way up the company business instead of going to college. He jumped in with both feet to start learning everything he could about the company from the ground up. Don’t think he was handed some cushy job as the owner’s son. He now appreciates that his dad never handed him anything and made him work for every dollar he earned. 

In 2019, Shawn and his sister bought the company which has grown to include six locations while doing $13 million in annual revenue.
