Florica Cherecheș is a distinguished public servant from Romania, with more than 17 years of experience in politics and social activism. She has served as a member of the Romanian Parliament, deputy mayor of Oradea, and president of the National Authority for the Rights of the Disabled, Children, and Adoptions. She began her career as executive director of Integra Romania, a microfinance institution focused on supporting women at risk. Her leadership is grounded in community service and advocacy for vulnerable groups including women, children, and people with disabilities.

Trey Cason is the host of the Good Governance Podcast and the Director of the Geneva Institute for Leadership and Public Policy. He is a student at the University of Oxford and has 15 years of experience in the fields of international development, urban development, and public policy.
