Nicole describes learning to bake with her grandmother, creating elaborate parties for friends and family which led her to appear in the first season of the Great American Baking Show (Great Holiday Baking Show). After the show, her home-based baking business expanded to her own bakery where she sells beautiful cookies, cakes and more. She offers classes and shares her best royal icing tips with Jeremiah and Amanda.
