Let me start by saying: If anyone else had a challenging November you are not alone. This past month was a particularly hard one. Emily reflected that is was like carrying a bowl of water and watching it swoosh from one side to next, trying to not let it spill over.
If I am honest, I certainly felt the strong emotion and needed to allow myself the space for the emotional release just following the Lunar Eclipse. What I did appreciate is the knowledge and the power that came with knowing that this was something to expect and that it would all be ok.
-We are moving into Capricorn season, which is all about action, discovery, yearning to go with the fire. It's the energy of New Year's resolutions.
-December provides an opportunity and asks you to revisit what you value, what is important to you and what you want out of life. Essentially, what living intentionally means to you.
-There is an ending or culmination of the energy and work that you started in May and June of this year with the solar eclipse. So look back to May and June and consider what things you were doing or starting at that time.
-Neptune goes direct mid month - this increases the energy around sustainability and clarity.
-Taurus Energy comes in and starts to provide that steady reliable grounding - offering sustainability and predicability.
-The cards show that there is a time of change, that this is supported and divine, but it will feel like the have choices and uncertainty around this. Over all, the cards suggest that this work is in preparation for a new paradigm of feminine energy that will come forward in 2022.
-This holiday season will feel quieter, calmer and different. This is an opportunity to be fully present and connected with our friends and family and to move away from the material and commercial noise that surrounds the season.

Most of us naturally connect and follow our intuition, all day everyday. Often we don't even realize we are listening and responding to this loving guidance, because it is so much a part of who we are.
When this guidance is missing or unclear, it becomes very obvious how much we rely on it and how life is so much harder without it.

-I ask you the question "what do you desire"'
-I talk about the challenge many of us face to answer that in a deep and heartfelt way, including many people that I work with;
-I share my own story about feeling disconnected from my intuition over the past several weeks and how listening to the Adele interview gave me the insight I needed to reconnect;
- I share my own process for reconnecting with intuition, which includes sitting in discomfort to get the answers I needed;
-My own insight brought me back to the notion that Service is the antidote to Fear or Scarcity - and stepping into service helped me to create the heart coherence and flow that I needed to step back in to service and create more value in the way that I needed.
- I announced that I will be re-structuring slightly in the new year to reflect services for "Women that Serve" & Businesses that Serve" - getting back to my roots and where everything started.

That being said, November is going to be a big month - here are some of the highlight of what's in store that we cover in this episode:
- Emily describes the month like water swishing back and forth in a bowl - its going to be a bit turbulent with very hard and very good days.
-The middle of the month from the 10th-20th are particularly challenging, however, the 11th and 18th are beautiful days.
-There is a pattern of a hard period, followed by a fantastic period, which mimics growth, challenge and opportunity.
-This month is a period of change and the start of what might become a new paradigm.
-Choices around how we move forward as a collective and the Covid context will be a large focus this month with energy that provide a preview of what to expect for the year to come.
-Expect stress, juggling and the need to channel your inner strength. This work will be rewarded.

- I talk about what not addressing this work, or living with intention is costing you, and if you are prepared to live with that;
-This is not an all or nothing game, it is an incremental practice, and when it gets boring, is when you need to dig in the most;
-I share my own challenges with my sense of worthiness as I do this work myself, and
-I provide practical examples of what I do on a daily basis to live in alignment and with intention.

While on the surface, it may be hard to directly link these two things - I believe our intuition is a our super power, and intuitive eating is an extension of that.
In this episode I discuss:
- The impact intuition has in our business;
-How we need to start defining "success" on our own terms, and the importance of core values;
-That all businesses need to include abundance or wealth generation as one of their core values, and that we need to stop feeling badly about that - the more wealth you accumulate, the bigger the impact you can have on the world;
-How our body is always intuitively communicating with us, and understanding how to eat in accordance with that is a great way to strengthen that mind body connection;
-Specific habits we have in our family to create connection to food and to encourage healthy eating with our kids;
-Routines that I specifically follow - though, I do note that what is right for me, is just that, for me and we all need to listen to our own bodies for that guidance, and
-If your current business strategy / model doesn't support your own health and wellbeing, it isn't sustainable, and it isn't ultimately fully successful.
