Scale weight going up and down is not the same thing as body fat going up and down. If you have embarked on a change in dietary habits and you have put yourself in to a calorie deficit , you will be losing body fat but that doesn’t show immediately on the scale. It is normal to have daily fluctuations, though please stick with your hard work , the scale will come down with consistent dieting.
