Having accepted my own depression, I have learned that the most direct way out is to move the energy. Having dabbled in comedy, clowning and community theater I had a tender place in my heart for Robin Williams. I have been aware with his struggles with depression and alcoholism and I have worked with my own. This show is a reflection of my feelings and an opportunity to move your energy.
