Two years ago, Sam Fox opened a pop-up kitchen in Phoenix called Fly Bye, serving Detroit-style pan pizza, crispy chicken tenders and more. Now, the restaurant has opened its second location at Desert Ridge Marketplace, bringing the much-buzzed-about cheesy pan pizza with a caramelized crust and buttermilk-dipped, hand-breaded chicken tenders to the North Valley.
