With the Coaching search finally over, the Flyers and newly appointed Head Coach Rick Tocchet can get to work. Tocchet has had head coaching jobs in the past with Tampa Bay, Arizona, and Vancouver. He does have a Jack Adams award to his resume as well. Did Danny Briere make the right choice hiring Tocchet? The NHL Conference Finals are officially set. In the West the Edmonton Oilers will take on the Dallas Stars, while in the East the Carolina Hurricanes will face the Florida Panthers. These are both very interesting matchups that have the chance of being two very long, hard fought series.
