In this 2-part episode, Maryann and myself share our own experiences entering recovery for codependence through a faith-based recovery program called Celebrate Recovery.

While our experience takes place through a faith-based program, we respect and honor the different spiritual practices of our audience. Our goal is never to let our beliefs create division, but to share our experiences that you may find resources that align with your needs and goals.
