Derrick Bartlett is the director and lead instructor for Snipercraft. His company trains law enforcement and some military snipers and he also has written several books on the police sniper. Derrick demystifies the stigma around police snipers and explains their usage. Derrick also talks about his course called "Tactical Vision" and why it's so important to understand what they really are seeing.
