Your focus makes an incredible difference in everything you do… and what you focus on is critical. For example, if you got up at 7:30am this morning and you have a goal to “get up earlier” all you have to do is get up by 7:29am tomorrow morning and you’ve reached your goal and you feel like a loser. Instead focus on getting up at the time you want to get up say, 6:30am. Now when you make your goal, you’ll feel like a winner!
