Dan interviews Tony Casteneda, Will Caplenor, and Brian Hand, who are the owners of Hand-Brewed Beer in Chatsworth, California. Will discusses how they started the brewery, and talks about the reservations he originally had before they began the business. He mentions that he changed his mind once the first beer was brewed. Tony discusses the process it took to start the business, and how they built everything themselves from raw materials. Brian shares his appreciation for the Maltos Falcons community, and talks about how the trio came up with the brewery’s name. They also talk about their Kickstarter campaign, and how they were received in the West Valley community.
