They discuss the impact of new bank restrictions on loans to first home buyers and a potential solution to the problem of saving for a deposit while prices keep going up.  Afford Assist have  developed a new instrument called a Deferred Deposit Agreement (DDA) that might solve the problem of reaching the unattainable goal of a 10% deposit for first home buyers and affordable housing providers.
