There are so many distractions today that are taking our focus away from God and towards the world. Everything we see today on the news and on social media proves that we are living in terrible times, however, do not let these things get in the way of your faith in God! In the book of Matthew, Peter has great courage when he steps out of the boat and begins to walk on the water towards Jesus in the midst of the storm -- however, when he saw the wind and the waves, he began to fear, and because he feared, he fell. It's important to not allow the Storm to make us fall in times like these, and the best way to keep ourselves from falling is by fixing our eyes on Jesus without looking away.
