In the fourth episode of this series, Overcoming Stress, we talk about how to maintain focus in your life. "No" is more powerful than "yes" at times. Your stress doesn't come from the fact that you don't have the skills to do what's in front of you. It comes from not properly prioritizing what's in front of you and letting go of things that do not fuel your God-given purpose. It's okay to say no and to focus on one thing at a time, in fact, it's what's going to give you needed momentum in your life.
