Rob O'Donnell began his show talking about a Luzerne County Councilwoman Dawn Simmons stating at Tuesday's meeting that her brother was picked up by ICE and put in a detention center as a veteran. Simmons mentioned afterwards it happened a year and a half ago in New Jersey.
