I'm always asked questions that shouldn't be asked first. For example: "Yo matt what supplements should I be taking for muscle growth". Yes this is a great question, but I always reply with "what is your current macro split". And majority of the time I'll get answers of them not knowing what a macro is. In the military, we are taught how to take apart our rifle, clean it, put it together, and repeat over and over again before we can even shoot it. 

 

If you don't understand food, why are you worried about supplements? When it comes down to training, there is no secret method or magic angle. All it is is getting the most out of each contraction and elongation of the muscle. How can you better break down the muscle through a single rep/range of motion. Bring the intensity and progress will come! Progress is not created with 4 hours in the gym. It's created by what you eat, how you recover, how you hydrate, and how you are going to build.
