For the person who is not satisfied with their life right now I want you to write down all the choices you made in the past 2 years and see where you need to shift. Whatever choices you were making then to get you where you are today; I want you to do the opposite.

For the person you are where they want to be; I want you to write out the choices you need to take to elevate to the next level.

For both of you persons; put this list where is visible. I like putting things in my phone notes and on paper in my office since I am with or in that space every day. That way on those days you don't know what to do. You have a guide.
