Death has a way of showing us the present, the now, the gift of today. The loss of my dear friend Crystal has forever changed me. It's made me more alive and in the moment. I'm more aware of the time I have currently and confident in my decisions that best serve me. I'm focused like never before because I realize just how precious life is.
