In this episode, I talk about how to change your mindset from a result oriented to a process oriented perspective. The philosophy behind this is that when we focus on results we miss out on the processes that lead to the result and therefore we can never get better results this way. This also ties back to the concept of Lean Six Sigma, created by Motorola company in 1986. This was basically a combination of "lean thinking" and "six sigma", which has as a goal to make processes not only more efficient but also more effective. This philosophy is used today by companies as a way to minimize waste, improve processes, and leveraging their businesses.
