This week we look at Mark 14:32-52 and the drama of Gethsemane. The setting for this drama is a place called the Garden of Gethsemane, which was a place right just across the valley from the temple and the city of Jerusalem on what is known as the Mount of Olives. This drama is described for us in a few scenes and through them, we’re going to see the final events leading up to Jesus’ crucifixion really set into motion. As we do, we’re going to see the actions and reactions of several of the characters in this drama.
