Just think about the last conflict you had with someone in your life. When butting heads or arguing with someone, it’s easy to think “I know”.

But what if, instead of assuming you know better, you lead with a curious posture? Instead of being suspicious of that person, you gave them the opportunity to explain their perspective.

How could that change the way we connect with each other?
