Census Tract Geocoder:

Tract Income Levels defined (If the tract MFI % is):
< 50% (but not 0%) = Low
≥ 50% or < 80% = Moderate.
≥ 80% or < 120% = Middle.
≥ 120% = Upper.
Example: Lets say the Metros median family income was $80,000.
<40k = Low
40k-64k = Moderate
64k-96k = Middle
>96k = Upper
