Today we continue at verse 8 of Proverbs chapter 4 and will work our way down to verse 14 gleaning from the Scriptures very powerful nuggets of needed life lessons! One thing in particular is how we all lived lives at one time separated from God, and we believed we were good! Certainly, though we walked the path of the wicked, we did not see ourselves as being wicked. We didn't think we were being bad or rebellious, in fact, we actually believed we were the "good guys" who were out there making a difference doing "good things." The whole time though, we were not being faithful to God's Word or will, and we were only being good and doing good for the way it made us feel or the accolades we received from others for our actions!
