The goal of the Thursday show is to show you our journey to hopefully help inspire you and hopefully help you relate more.

we start off the show talking about the challenge Ty gave me 2 weeks ago, namely to do 1 hour of volunteer service. I then share my experience of pushing myself to take a spur-of-the-moment opportunity to do service which then allowed me to meet someone really cool.

We then talk about the action items given to us from this last week's podcast guest, Frank King (Ep. 77).

1. Pick a Niche
2. Never pass up a chance to take a nap, charge your phone, or go to the bathroom
3. Follow your gift

Lastly, we talk about the new challenges I accepted, namely:

1. Write and publish a short story
2. Do ten minutes of the horse stance.
