Mark 6:7-13.

Three weeks ago, in Mark 1, we watched Jesus issue the call to “follow me, and I will make you become fishers of men” (1:17). Now, in Mark 6, Jesus is going to re-emphasize that to be a follower who fishes for men is to be a follower with a mission. Just as Jesus came with the mission to preach the gospel of God, so His followers are sent on the same mission. In our passage Jesus answers the question, "What does it look like to be followers with a mission?”
