Following A Heart Centered Dream

I spent 33 years in a cult, and for most of my life, I followed a path that was already set and determined for me. But in 2016, I decided to leave. And the healing process hasn't been easy. Restarting my life was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. But, I'm learning that trauma is my superpower and my emotions are my guidance system. All of this led to emotional writing coaching program that I host 4 times a year and workshops that I teach around the country. 

I also dive into other people's stories about their trauma in an effort to change the narrative of our collective pain.
