Social media and music: the topic of today's broadcast.  CMajor will share some of her favorite posts about her music classes.  "I have so much fun when I'm teaching my students, because they are bringing to the table music that I never thought of listening to!"  Tune in to hear stories of CMajor's students and the music that they are into.  CMajor is a classically trained pianist who went on to perform concerts in the United States and abroad.  Today, she writes, records and performs her own solo piano songs.  She is inspired by her own life events and finds it fascinating to share her knowledge of music making with others.  Private piano teaching is her main focus when she is not writing, recording or performing. You will hear about some of the questions that her students pose during their lessons with her and some of their requests for learning to play the piano.  It's a new day for piano teaching: students are learning to play the traditional way as well as by chords and by ear and sometimes by popular apps.  Student-centered learning--It's all fun!  See you all on the next broadcast.
