Great leaders... are great followers. In order to lead greatly we must first follow greatly. Jesus himself modeled this for us in scripture, wholeheartedly following the leadership of God the Father. Just as Jesus set his sights on his father's vision, powerful followers understand and align themselves with their team's vision and mission.
