- Matthew 22:37 (NKJV) - Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
- 2 Timothy 2:15 (NKJV) - Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
- Matthew 13:18-19 (MSG) - “Study this story of the farmer planting seed. When anyone hears news of the kingdom and doesn’t take it in, it just remains on the surface, and so the Evil One comes along and plucks it right out of that person’s heart. This is the seed the farmer scatters on the road. 19 “Study this story of the farmer planting seed. Then Jesus arrived from Nazareth, anointed by God with the Holy Spirit, ready for action. He went through the country helping people and healing everyone who was beaten down by the Devil. He was able to do all this because God was with him.
- John 14:12-14 (TPT) - “I tell you this timeless truth: The person who follows me in faith, believing in me, will do the same mighty miracles that I do—even greater miracles than these because I go to be with my Father! 13 For I will do whatever you ask me to do when you ask me in my name. And that is how the Son will show what the Father is really like and bring glory to him. 14 Ask me anything in my name, and I will do it for you!”
-Hebrews 11:6 (TPT) - And without faith living within us it would be impossible to please God. For we come to God in faith knowing that he is real and that he rewards the faith of those who passionately seek him.
- Acts 8:6 (TPT) - The crowds were eager to receive Philip’s message and were persuaded by the many miracles and wonders he performed.
- Acts 8:35 (TPT) - Philip started with this passage and shared with him the wonderful message of Jesus.
