Matthew Allen, a leadership marketing coach, sat down with Sarah to talk about a disruption that he created because he felt the call to bicycle across America. The identity he discovered afterward, led him from a career in civil engineering in NYC to becoming a CrossFit coach and moving to Colorado. When disruption came next in the form of a pandemic, he found a new identity and calling to teach marketing to online coaches. Turns out, he's pretty good at that, too.
