Jesse sits down with Chris Jackson, the President of Dan Cristiani Excavating and a member of the DISCOVER 2024 Class. 

During their conversation, Chris shares his "origin story" of how he went from a teenager who wanted to run Dan Cristiani to an adult who put in the time, effort, and hard work actually to accomplish it. 

Chris provides some fantastic leadership insights and is a great example of a true servant leader.
