Bev Thorogood is the founder of Floresco Training and Coaching, a L&D provider specialising in building skills to help develop women in the workplace.
Following a 32 year career in the Ministry of Defence, she spent the last 10 years in Learning and Development and has years of experience training military and civilian personnel in the science of Human Factors–the discipline of optimising human performance in the workplace. As well as helping to build high performing teams using The Strength Deployment Inventory to help understand what motivates people and how that impacts their behaviour.
She particularly specialises in helping businesses and organisations to support their female workforce through workshops and seminars to raise awareness and break down the taboo of menopause and get the conversation started about this natural phase in a woman’s life-cycle.
