Ah FOMO, otherwise known as: Fear Of Missing Out. It is a common problem plaguing many young people today. This battle of obsession with what we aren't doing may be subconsciously affecting us. Josh and Casey help enlighten you on the issue and why it may have a more significant mental impact than you realize.
