Danny Kessler is a Macrobiotic counselor, an avid cook and a gardener.  He has a beautiful home garden in Los Angeles California.  In this episode we talk about food and the deep effects that it has on us.  Danny believes that our relationships with food help to shape our lives and our health.  Danny loves to talk about food and what it can do for us in both positive and negative ways.  I love talking to him about all subjects as I find him both interesting and open minded and very deep.  Enjoy this episode!
