When used correctly and with a bit of guidance, it can help us get back into health and lessen the negative effects of heavy metals in our system. So how do heavy metals affect our health? And what foods can you start integrating today to feel more nourished in your body and spirit? And what does cellery juice have to do with it? Find out in this educational conversation on the Soul Nourishment Podcast.
