In episode thirty-one of Food for Talk, host Howard Dorman, Mazars Food and Beverage Practice Leader, talks with president and CEO of Ideal Fish, Eric Pedersen. They discuss controlled environment agriculture, building a sustainable product, and what responsible fish farming looks like overall. Eric started his career on Wall Street in finance and pivoted towards water filtration. In 2012, he started researching the aquaculture market and noticed that branding in seafood is slow to develop.
