Twenty million Americans don’t have enough to eat according to the US Census Bureau. An additional 42 million can’t always afford the kinds of food they want. The pandemic exacerbated both, particularly for Black and Latinx Americans. How can one of the richest countries in the world address this shocking disparity in wellness?
