Clean - This means we must wash our hands, surfaces and tools used in the kitchen well.


Keep apart - We must separate raw and cooked foods to prevent the spread of germs.


Cook - This means we must cook food until it reaches a temperature sufficient to kill germs.


Chill - We must cool cooked food and food that we will not use immediately to prevent germs from growing in it.
