The guys start the show talking about glasses and another one of Ben's weird health situations. The requisite warmup of stuff both Ben and Don have been doing/watching leads to a discussion on Don's productivity changes. They then talk about a significant child care facility-linked E. coli O157 outbreak in Calgary. The conversation goes to biohazard risks on flights, both current and Ben's experiences. The guys then spend a few minutes on a Well+Good list of 5 food safety tips a food safety expert (not named Don or Ben) wants people to know. The discussion goes to intoxication illnesses linked to bread, David Gumpert's blog and fermented vegetables/salt confusion.
