· Des Reilly is managing principal and co-founder of SRG Concepts. In 2017 SRG set out to create a rotisserie chicken joint that was good, fast, and cheap. Then they threw in the whiskey bar for fun, and the result was Chicken + Whiskey;
· Oyster lover Jasmine Norton is the executive chef and owner of a new restaurant, The Urban Oyster in Baltimore. It’s the first Black woman-owned oyster bar in America, and that’s a very big deal. You’ll hear all about it when Chef Jasmine joins us.
