Launched 15 years ago (in 2011), DC Brau has become one of the region's most recognized independent craft breweries, all the while championing local business, community engagement and the District's beer culture. Brandon Skall, DC Brau’s co-founder, is in to chat about the brewery’s sometimes challenging journey to success, anniversary beers, and some great no-alcohol options;

·        We’ve known her 20 years. She’s Chef Jamie Leeds, owner, Hank’s Oyster Bar and now Hank’s Pasta Bar in Old Town Alexandria. Jamie’s in with Clifton Brown, her general manager, with tastes and talk of Hank’s Pasta Bar;
