Never before has a young generation paid this much attention to food, nor challenged the food supply chain, championed chef advocacy or focused on sustainability. As a Tings and Things collective we consider ourselves to be some people with some rather sophisticated tastes in food.
Within the past few years, it’s become pretty clear that millennials are the foodie generation. Food-related things like avocado toast, farm-to-table eating, foodstagrams and meal prep services didn’t exist until us "darn millennials" started growing up, and organic sales have almost tripled in the past decade. For millennials, this fascination with food comes from a long list of things, one being a sense of community. We delve into all tings foodie and then get a little carried away! Enjoy
