  2. Cashew apples from Brazil are being used in ice cream.
  3. Sea buckthorn, bright orange berries which have the highest concentration of vitamin C are being used in teas and creams.
  4. Rosemary will play an important role in wellness, and more beverages will be infused with rosemary.
  5. Sprouted nuts will grow in popularity as they release nutrients and minerals.

    6. From a luxury splurge, Caviar of Kalix is one of the best caviars in the world and is often served at royal dinners and at the Nobel prize dinners.
