Football 101: A Mother’s Playbook to Understanding High School Football is officially available in paperback, and this video is a moment of reflection, gratitude, and purpose.

This book took years to write. Years of coaching seasons. Years of conversations with parents who wanted to support their kids but felt lost trying to understand the game. Even at the high school level, many of the players I coach are playing football for the first time, which means their parents are learning right along with them.

I wrote this book for football parents who want clarity, confidence, and perspective. It is for families new to the game, moms and dads trying to say the right things, and parents who want to support their child without adding pressure.

In this video, I share why this book matters to me personally, including a story about my own mother not understanding football when I was in high school and how that experience shaped my passion for helping parents today.
